If you are a people person with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Call Center Representative, your primary responsibilities will include: * Answering phone calls from potential and existing customers, asking specific questions to determine the reason for the call, and transferring to the appropriate department * Handling a high volume of calls (200+ daily) with a positive and enthusiastic attitude * Providing excellent customer service, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner * Utilizing computer applications to access customer information and resolve issues * Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions * Collaborating with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues * Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of calls * Basic knowledge of computer applications and software * Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a desire to provide exceptional customer service * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays **Computer Equipment Requirements** As a remote worker, you will be required to provide your own equipment that meets the following specifications: * Intel I3 processor or higher (I3, I5, I7) * AMD Athlon Silver or Ryzen 3 processor or higher * Minimum of 8GB RAM installed * Functional USB Headset * Ethernet port for a wired internet connection * Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps (download and upload) * Candidate must have a minimum of 25mbps upload and 25mbps download. Run internet speed test at www.speedtest.net **Training Schedule** Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role.
