**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Call Center Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Answering phone calls from potential and existing customers, asking specific questions to determine the reason for the call, and transferring to the appropriate department
* Handling a high volume of calls (200+ daily) with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
* Providing excellent customer service, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner

**Requirements**

* 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment

**Computer Equipment Requirements**

**Training Schedule**
Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role. The training schedule will include:
* Monday through Friday from 12:30 PM to 8:00 PM (training period)
* Monday through Friday from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM or 1:00 PM to 8:30 PM (nesting period)
**Performance Metrics**
Your performance will be evaluated based on the following metrics:
* Schedule Adherence: 95%+
* Aftercall Work (ACW): Less than 4 seconds
* Call Accuracy: Regular audits to ensure proper script following and correct actions taken during calls
**Screening and Onboarding**
To ensure a smooth onboarding process, you will be required to complete the following:
* Screenings and drug tests within 48 hours of an offer
* All screenings must be completed by Monday before the candidate's start date
**Attendance Policy**
To ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, you will be required to adhere to the following attendance policy:
* Candidates cannot be absent during the first 6 weeks of their assignment
