**Job Summary**
As an Afterhours Customer Care Representative & Account Manager at careerzynith, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers. This role requires a strong background in customer care, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, handling incoming and outgoing phone calls, processing customer service requests, and updating customer portals. **Responsibilities**
* Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls from customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Process customer service requests, including updating customer portals and notifying customers of service dates
* Work closely with careerzynith Service Coordinators to ensure seamless communication and coordination with customers
* Upload documentation to customer portals and accounting/work order system
* Perform data entry tasks to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure customer loyalty and retention
**Qualifications**
* 3+ years of experience in customer care, preferably in a similar industry
* Strong working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office, with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets, reports, and other documents
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management
* Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
