**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries, orders, and issues. You will work collaboratively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to provide world-class service and support, while also developing your skills and knowledge to become a product and solutions expert.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

* Develop product and solutions expertise to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently

**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
