**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in delivering a positive experience to our clients through telephone and email interactions. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle both incoming and outgoing calls in a contact center environment
* Demonstrate a high level of customer service skills and empathy while interacting with clients
* Build rapport with clients and establish a positive relationship
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our database or shared systems
* Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet departmental targets
* Utilize great judgment and make informed decisions to resolve customer issues
* Communicate all Auto Projects, including Advancements and Special Offers, to clients
* May lead phases of preparation to sales teams on Advancements and Special Offers
* May lead post-purchase reviews with clients
* Adhere to all established policies and procedures
* May be required to work in a contact center environment
* Other duties as assigned
**Essential Qualifications**
* Unparalleled written and verbal communication skills
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
* Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to type at least 35 wpm
