**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
* Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media, to provide timely and effective support
* Responding promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues related to billing, technical support, homeschooling, and product-related questions
* Identifying patterns and suggesting remedies to achieve customer satisfaction
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints
* Satisfying customer concerns by providing appropriate solutions or alternatives within the limits and following up to ensure resolution
* Utilizing techniques to leave a positive first impression and maintain a professional attitude toward customers and team members at all times
* Being flexible to work additional hours based on business needs, particularly during peak periods such as back-to-school season (August, September, and January)
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 2 years of customer service and retention experience, with a strong background in call center and remote work (a plus)
* Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Outlook, email systems, and the internet
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* A minimum of 1 year of homeschool experience (a plus)
* A reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
* A willingness to participate in video-based interviews and ongoing virtual meetings with your camera on
