Experienced Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher – Remote Opportunity at careerzynith

As a key member of our dispatch team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring efficient service scheduling, and maintaining a positive team atmosphere. **Job Role:** As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department. Your daily duties will include: * Maintaining our customer database with accurate and up-to-date information * Making daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians * Routing technicians based on location to ensure efficient service delivery * Collaborating with the dispatch team to ensure seamless communication and coordination * Maintaining a positive and productive team atmosphere **Schedule:** Our Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher will work a flexible schedule, with the following arrangements: * Wednesday: In-office at our Chantilly location from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break) * Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break) **Qualifications:** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Previous call center experience, with at least one year of experience in a similar role * The ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle high call volumes * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team * Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia * Accurate documentation skills, with the ability to accurately document information into our customer database (Service Titan) **Remote Work Requirements:** To work remotely, you'll need to provide: * High-speed internet access * A quiet workspace with minimal background noise **Benefits and Culture:** At careerzynith, we're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development.
