**Key Responsibilities**
As a Licensed Customer Care Advocate, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to pet parents via phone, email, text, chat, social media, and other communication channels
* Helping customers understand our insurance and non-insurance products, and how they can protect their furry companions
* Building and strengthening customer relationships using effective communication, keen listening skills, and empathy
* Navigating multiple platforms to provide a complete and integrated response to customer inquiries
* Utilizing productivity and task management tools like MS Office and G-Suite to stay organized and efficient
* Demonstrating expertise with ticketing software (Zendesk, Kustomer, Gladly, etc) to resolve customer issues effectively
* Embodying a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Maintaining meticulous attention to detail and strong prioritization abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively
* Embracing an entrepreneurial mindset, a genuine passion for pets, and excitement to work in a start-up environment
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* An active Property & Casualty Producer license
* Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a high-volume call center or veterinary clinic
* Proven ability to build and strengthen customer relationships using effective communication, keen listening skills, and empathy
* Strong experience navigating multiple platforms to provide a complete and integrated response to customer inquiries
* Proficiency with productivity and task management tools like MS Office and G-Suite
* In-depth familiarity with ticketing software (Zendesk, Kustomer, Gladly, etc)
* A roll-up-your-sleeves mentality and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Meticulous attention to detail and strong prioritization abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
* Experience working in a start-up environment
* Familiarity with pet insurance and wellness products
* Strong knowledge of veterinary medicine and animal health
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Experience with CRM software and other customer-facing tools
