**Job Summary**
As a part-time remote outbound customer service representative, you will be responsible for:

**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 6 months to 1 year of customer service or data entry experience
* Professional and articulate speaking voice
* Own equipment (Windows 10 or 11 PC, wired headsets, minimum 50mbps download and 10mbps upload internet speed)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience
