- Data Analysis: Thoroughly review and analyze field reports to identify discrepancies and make appropriate updates to work orders
- Excel Proficiency: Generate template files and download and pre-process multiple datasets in Excel, ensuring proper formatting and data integrity
- Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly progress reports to management, detailing closed work orders and overall performance metrics
- Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure all entered data meets company standards and guidelines
