ABOUT THE ROLE
The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for managing and processing client orders with the utmost care and precision. You will be the operational backbone that ensures every request is handled accurately, on time, and within contracted SLAs. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to stay focused across multiple systems simultaneously.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Manage dashboards across multiple platforms to efficiently process and deliver corporate end-users' requests
Process customer orders accurately within contracted SLAs, following established procedures
Communicate with clients and internal teams in English (Mon–Fri, 11:00–20:00 Kyiv Time)
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Implementation, and Client Support teams
Utilize internal software systems to accurately document all support activity
Identify errors and discrepancies, resolve issues promptly, and escalate when needed
Stay up to date with current mobility technologies, internal processes, and client requirements
Contribute to process improvement initiatives
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of experience in high-volume order processing, data entry, or operations
English — Upper-Intermediate or higher: you communicate confidently in writing and verbally with clients and teammates
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
Ability to multitask across multiple screens and systems
Excellent time management and prioritization
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar tools
Ability to capture and document processes clearly
Strong analytical skills — able to spot errors and derive insights from data
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve issues quickly
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Nice to have: customer support experience and English-language client communication
Nice to have: ServiceNow experience
Nice to have: background in mobility / telecom — we're happy to train

Working hours: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM Kyiv Time
