**A Day in the Life**
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, your typical schedule will be Monday to Friday, with an 8-hour shift between the hours of 8 AM and 8 PM EST. Your role will involve conducting outbound calls and emails to prospective clients, using a provided script to deliver strategic brand messaging. You'll quickly engage and build rapport with gatekeepers and decision-makers, understanding their needs and sharing accurate information to effectively promote our client's product.
