Junior Full Stack Web Developer [Remote]

Our high-ticket focus requires a strategic and results-driven marketing approach to generate and capture qualified opportunities that translate into measurable revenue impact. What will you do You will operate between front-end and back-end layers that support our web and growth stack: secure form handling, lead enrichment and routing to CRM/Marketing Automation, content and feature toggles for experimentation, and clean observability for troubleshooting. You’ll collaborate closely with Front-end, RevOps, and Data to ensure every release meets standards for security, performance, reliability, and measurable. Responsibilities • Help to maintain REST/GraphQL APIs for website/LP features: secure form submission, file uploads, gated content, and event endpoints. • Learn and Implement new tools to improve lead processing pipelines: validation, deduplication, enrichment. • Ensure data quality and compliance (consent, opt-in, audit logs), keep track of error logs for immediate action. • Support experimentation and personalization-friendly architectures (feature flags, configuration services, edge-friendly APIs) with performance in mind. • Optimize performance and cost: caching strategies (edge/CDN, Redis), efficient queries, and scalable patterns. • Maintain CI/CD pipelines, testing (unit/integration), code reviews, documentation, and runbooks. • Collaborate with Front-end and Growth to translate campaign requirements into reliable services with clear SLAs. Requirements • 1–3 years of experience in full-stack development ( Node.js/TypeScript/React/SQL ) with web-focused services. • Good understanding of API design, authentication/authorization, rate limiting, and secure data handling. • Experience integrating with CRM/MA and third-party SaaS via APIs/webhooks; familiarity with retries/idempotency. • Practical knowledge of databases (relational and/or NoSQL), data modeling for marketing/growth use cases, and caching. • Comfort with logging/monitoring (e.g., OpenTelemetry), debugging in production, and writing clear documentation. • Collaborative mindset with Front-end, RevOps, and Growth; ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Bonus Point • Familiarity with design patterns; • Familiarity with writing SQL queries • Basic knowledge of Python.
