Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to verify compliance with equity‑based long‑term incentive plans and stock‑plan enrollment requirements.
- Process the issuance, release, and settlement of PSUs, RSUs, and stock‑option awards, adhering to strict timelines and regulatory standards.
- Review equity transaction activity—including exercise, release, and vesting events—to guarantee accurate recording, reporting, and tax compliance.
- Research, track, and respond to inquiries from participants, payroll partners, and other stakeholders, providing clear and timely guidance.
- Support the administration of equity‑based long‑term incentive award delivery processes and stock‑plan enrollment activities.
- Generate ad‑hoc data analytics and reports that inform operational improvements and strategic decision‑making.
