Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Data Governance capabilities including Data Literacy, Data Stewardship, Data Quality, Metadata Management, Master Data Management, Data as an Asset, and Privacy & Compliance.
- Develop, document, and enforce standards, workflows, and policies that embed governance into daily operations.
- Partner with the Data Governance Executive Committee to define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that demonstrate adoption and effectiveness.
- Act as the Product Owner for governance‑related data products, prioritizing backlog items, guiding development, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, and Security—to embed data quality checks and compliance controls into data pipelines and analytics platforms.
