Senior UX Designer with Product Company Exp as Remote EST Zone

Role        Senior UX Designer Duration    6 Months Location:     Remote East Coast candidates only Note: WE need real good product company experience candidate Senior Designer, UX (Product) The Senior Designer, UX (Product) is a hybrid role for a designer who thinks in systems and moves fluidly across research, strategy, and UI execution. You plug into cross-functional teams with ease, bringing the right contribution depending on what the initiative calls for. You are comfortable in ambiguity and bring rigor and craft in equal measure. Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end UX design across discovery, definition, and delivery, from research synthesis and journey mapping to wireframes, flows, and final UI. • Conduct and synthesize user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing to ground design decisions in real insight. • Develop information architecture, user flows, and interaction models that balance user needs with business goals. • Produce high-fidelity UI deliverables when the project scope requires it, demonstrating competency across both UX and visual design. • Collaborate closely with UI designers, strategists, product managers, and developers across the full project lifecycle. • Contribute to design system thinking from a UX perspective, including patterns, content models, and component behavior. Requirements • 6+ years of experience in UX or product design, with a portfolio demonstrating strong strategy and execution across the full design process. • Proven ability to move fluidly from research and wireframes through to high-fidelity design and prototyping. • Strong systems thinker with experience applying design thinking to complex, multi-surface digital products. • Ability to produce UI design work independently when required, with a solid grasp of visual design fundamentals. • Finds creative opportunities within the limits of technology, budget, legal requirements, and tight timelines, without using constraints as a reason to default to the obvious. • Familiarity with front-end development principles; comfortable working in design-to-dev handoff workflows. • Strong communication skills with the ability to present and defend experience decisions clearly.
