* Inbound and outbound calling to engage with clients and provide them with information about our insurance packages
* Scheduling appointments with clients who request our services
* Providing top-tier customer support regarding insurance packages over Zoom video call
* Reporting daily production numbers and attending group training classes
* Maintaining long-term relationships with active clients and driving sales growth
